Shipping Methods

Aeromats.com ships to addresses (No PO boxes) in the contiguous United State (lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), and Canada. FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. Aeromats.com processes orders within 1-3 business days, orders will be delivered within 1-7 days depending on destination and carrier schedule. AGM Group (Aeromats.com, Aeromat and EcoWise Fitness Products) cannot be held responsible for lost-stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the dimensional weight of the products being shipped.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available to Canada ONLY at this time.

Please visit our dealers' sites for international inquiries outside of Canada. If you do not see the item you desire, please contact their customer service with your item number to proceed with you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in resalable condition. Full refund and free return will be issued only under the condition of manufacture defect and evidence must be provided. Other return reasons will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and will result in 20% restocking fee. Aeromat will not be responsible for any shipping cost under reasons beside manufacture defect. Please contact us via email (info@aeromats.com) to issue a return, exchange, or refund. 

Warranty & Liability

Aeromat and EcoWise warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Should your product(s) show signs of defective workmanship or material prior to the expiration of the 30-day warranty, you should call our customer service support department at (877) 278-6158 to obtain a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions. The defective merchandise must be sent to the specific address provided by our customer service representatives for our inspection. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by Aeromat, and any transportation, shipping, and return costs shall be at your expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problems caused by negligence or acts of you or others. Failure to maintain the product in accordance with the instructions furnished, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear will not be warranted.

Aeromat/ AGM Group will not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to the use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise. Aeromat products liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of the goods not meeting the quality and specifications warranted.
