12/20/2018 — 12/27/2018 (Annual Inventory Count); Shipping will resume on 12/28/2018;
12/31/2018 (New Years Eve), 1/1/2019 (New Years Day); Shipping will resume on 1/3/2018.
Aeromats.com ships to addresses (No PO boxes) in the contiguous United State (lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). FedEx and UPS are our primary carriers. Aeromats.com processes orders within 1-3 business days, orders will be delivered within 1-7 days depending on destination and carrier schedule. AGM Group (Aeromats.com, Aeromat and EcoWise Fitness Products) cannot be held responsible for lost-stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.
Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated based on the dimensional weight of the products being shipped.
International shipping is NOT an available option on Aeromats.com yet. Please visit our dealers' sites for international inquiries. If you do not see the item you desire, please contact their customer service with your item number to proceed with you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in resalable condition. Full refund and free return will be issued only under the condition of manufacture defect and evidence must be provided. Other return reasons will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and will result in 20% restocking fee. Aeromat will not be responsible for any shipping cost under reasons beside manufacture defect.
