Shipping and Returns 

Shipping Methods

Shipping will be calculated upon check out. We offer domestic lower 48 states shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) through FedEX (Ground, SmartPost®) and UPS (Ground, SurePost®). We offer ground shipping (3-5 business days) only. No P.O. box address will be accepted. All orders will be processed and shipped during Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

AGM Group (Aeromat and EcoWise) cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information. 

*If you wish to deliver to HI, AK or PR, your orders will be verified by local inventory. If your orders can't be fulfilled, we will contact you and a refund will be issued. 

International Shipping

International shipping is NOT an available option on Aeromats.com yet. Please visit our dealers' sites for international inquiries. If you do not see the item you desire, please contact their customer service with your item number to proceed with you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in resalable condition. Full refund and free return will be issued only under the condition of manufacture defect and evidence must be provided. Other return reasons will be accepted within 30 days of purchase and will result in 20% restocking fee. Aeromat will not be responsible for any shipping cost under reasons beside manufacture defect. Please contact us via email (info@aeromats.com) to issue a return, exchange, or refund.
