AeromatTM warrants that the products sold by it are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. Should your product(s) show signs of defective workmanship or material prior to the expiration of the 30-day warranty, you should call our customer service support department at (877) 278-6158 to obtain a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions. The defective merchandise must be sent to the specific address provided by our customer service representatives for our inspection. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the product by AeromatTM, and any transportation, shipping, and return costs shall be at your expense. This warranty does not extend to any defect or problems caused by negligence or acts of you or others. Failure to maintain the product in accordance with the instructions furnished, unreasonable use, accidents, alterations, or ordinary wear and tear will not be warranted. AeromatTM / AGM Group will not be responsible or liable for indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to the use of any product, loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages with respect to persons, business or property, whether as a result of breach of warranty, negligence, or otherwise. AeromatTM products liability shall be limited solely to the replacement of the goods not meeting the quality and specifications warranted.
